Here at Longwing Gaming. we try to offer the absolute best customer experience. However, due to the nature of sealed products in the TCG industry, we do not offer returns. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us directly at David@longwinggaming.com and we will make it right.

Cancellations
Please note that cancellations can be requested prior to shipment, but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made. To cancel an order, please email David@longwinggaming.com with the subject line "CANCEL ORDER #..." and we will take care of it for you.

Pre-Order Policy
When ordering a Pre-Order (or Back-Order item) at Longwing Gaming, all other items in the cart will be shipped with the pre-order (or back-order) item. That means if a Pre-Order item ships in 1 month, you'll need to wait 1 month for all other items in the cart. If you want non-pre-order items shipped right away, please add them to separate cart and check-out with a separate order. Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially cancelled.
 
Pre-Order and Back-Order purchases will be charged to your Card/PayPal immediately upon purchase. Orders cancelled before shipment will be subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.
